"Must give credit to their staff for going extra miles on decorating the cake. I simply asked to write Happy Mother's Day, but instead they did some decoration unlike other outlet just write on a piece of plastic paper. Kudos to SR Puncak Alam Keep it up!"

"Visited during the fasting month and loved the service here. The staff are helpful and very smiley. Totally recommend the Hokkaido Triple Chocolate Cheese to try! Will definitely come here again for the excellent service!"

"Very quiet on the Sunday afternoon, probably partly due to the fasting month. Plenty of seats spreading over 2 floors. The starter platter was good, really enjoyed it. It came with fried spring rolls, wantons, satays, and chicken drumlets. There is a good range of cakes. I find their long black coffee mediocre."

"I bought 2 cakes (moist choc + banana choc) Thank youuuuh for this freaking beautiful decoration for NATIONAL DAY at my workplace. I really appreciate how cooperative and creative from staff SR Puncak Alam. I would be screaming at the counter if Im the one pick up the cake haha. I thought it will just be a small jalur gemilang on top of the cake but it such amazing colourful art!! Thank you!! And they staff also very helpful!! May Allah ease every each person who work here and make this cake for me and may Allah lead succesfull in her/his way and everyone who involve. Haha. Thank you again semoga murah rezeki selalu. InshaAllah"

"Nice palace to dine in of take aware. What the important thing they strictly followed MKN SOP so we fill save to get in. A lot of choices to choose from their menu. Staffing are good but still a room to improve. Foods ,cakes and drink are great accept their coffee tase bad."

"Booked cake via call, staff very helpful to accomodate Once arrived at shop, request staff to do simple Ninjago deco alongside with the birthday wish.. turns out the staff really creative, gone beyond my imagination. Well done & keep it going bro"
